The weave feels like something my grandmother would have had—dense and sturdy, but it softens up beautifully after the first wash. It’s clearly built to last decades, not seasons.

The cotton has that thick, substantial feel you only get from fabric woven to last, and it’s already softened up nicely after one wash. It’s my third duvet from this line and the gray is even richer in person.

The fabric has that sturdy, lived-in cotton feel right out of the bag, and the stitching around the edges looks like it will hold up for years. I've washed it twice already and it just gets softer, which is exactly what I hoped for.
