The diamond pattern stitching is crisper than I expected, and the 100% cotton batting gives it a nice weight without being too heavy. These shams washed up well and kept their shape after drying, which is always my test for bedding.

The stuffing from that Alabama farm makes these shams feel genuinely substantial, not flimsy like most store-bought ones. I've washed mine twice already and the quilted ticking stripes haven't puckered or lost their shape at all.
