The fabric has that soft, lived-in feel right out of the package, and the gray shade is deeper and richer than the photos suggest. I’ve washed it twice already and it’s held its shape perfectly, no wrinkling drama at all.
The cotton on this sham feels noticeably thicker and more breathable than my usual bedding, and the weave has that sturdy, heirloom quality you don't find anymore. It's washed beautifully after two cycles, no pilling or shrinkage. My pillows finally look as polished as the rest of the bed.
